If I rent something when is it due? Refer to the contract you sign for return date & time. Typically equipment is due back in (4) hours = Min. Rental (24) hours = Day Rental (7) Days = Week Rental (28) Days = Month Rental

I rented something and now I have an issue. What do I do? During business hours call our office to speak to a counter person. After hours call our office and leave a message so we can return your call ASAP.

I rented something and have an issue over the weekend. What do I do? Refer to your rental contract for our Weekend Assistance Number for Verbal Assistance.

Is there a cleaning charge if I return something dirty? Equipment needs to be returned as clean as you received it. Additional charges may apply.

What if I return something late? Equipment has to be returned on time in order to honor future reservations. If you are going to be late please call so that we can communicate with all parties. There is a 15-30 minute grace period before overtime is charged.

Do I have to return the equipment full of fuel? All equipment is rented to you full of fuel. On all equipment with more than a one gallon fuel capacity, the unit must be returned to us full, or fuel charges will apply.

I want to rent something on Saturday. When do I pick up & return? Take advantage of our Weekend Rental Special. Pick-Up between 3:00 and 6:00 PM on Friday. Return between 7:00 and 9:00 AM Monday for a One Day Charge.

What does the Damage Waiver cover? The Damage Waiver covers accidental damage that might occur when using the equipment as the manufacturer intended. It does not cover misuse of equipment or some wear items.

Is there a limit to how long I can run a machine on a weekend rental? Machines with hour meters are limited to a total of eight hours run time throughout the weekend. Any time over eight hours will be billable pro-rated hours.
